Varsity Auto Detailing ~ Prew's 1993 FD RX7
Make: Mazda Model: RX7 (FD) Mileage: 92,220 Color: Red Paint Type: Solid Job: Dual Stage Polish Info: Steve contacted us through Facebook about his red 93' RX7. We spoke for a couple days about what would be best for his car, being that the paint was lightly swirled, contained some holograms, and was pretty soft. We initially chose a Saturday two weeks in advance, but steve's Clear bra'er could only do it that saturday, so we switched the appointment to Friday Morning. The car is by far (I mean far!) the nicest RX7 I have ever seen! The interior was beautiful, the car was very well kept, but the engine bay topped it all. As you can see from the pictures we used another garage for the detail, being that my car is on jack stands. Despite the inconvenience, he was more than happy to drive the extra two miles to the other garage. Overall the car turned out amazing and he was very nice and easy to work with! Car Description: The paint was very soft but, in overall in good condition. The paint was lightly swirled and contained holograms on some panels. A rock chip and one burn was spotted. We used SIP at 2100rmp on orange and followed up with 106fa at 2100rpm on Black. The car was sealed using BlackFire Wet Diamond Sealant. Before Shots: Wash, Clay & Dry: Burns, Markings, Challenges: Note: To Prevent Accusations We Always Take Pictures of Any Previous Burns, Rock chips, or Flaws Visable on the car. Paint Before's: Paint Afters: 50/50's: Action Shots: Finished: |
