I got out of it once but now there's probbably a continuation, dunno why it takes them 3 months to continue trying someone, stupid judicial system doesn't even work properly.

its so you get frustrated and stop showing up. that way the case gets dropped. trust me, ive had an ongoing robbery case for the last 5 years. 3 months is nothing.
