I'm anxious to announce, but we have to wait until tomorrow to get the donation number from Sonic, and hopefully I'll get the total from the MAW donation jar tomorrow as well.
I called today but the numbers weren't quite available yet. Its gonna be a really good number though .

Except a boost leak would cause your car to run rich not lean.....may be a different issue other than a boost leak such as fuel related.

if the car is sucking in un metered air after the MAF (such as my throttle body inlet) it can spike lean. It is a boost leak issue. I tested it and have not fixed all of them yet.

UM a boost leak wont make your car run lean. It is a boost(pressure) leak meaning it is pushing the boost out not sucking air in. Your MAF will be reading more air then you are actually getting, making it run rich. No affence but I bet your boost leak isnt your problem.



Also... I had a great time at the meet. Great to see the money go to a good cause. Im looking forward to the next one!

please revert to my member journal to discuss what you think my issue is. I never said that my car was running lean. I said it COULD spike lean, but obviously I am ignorant to the subject. The boost leak is my problem as far as not hitting boost correctly goes. my injectors were cleaned by Witch Hunter less than 5k miles ago, my compression is stellar considering it's also a new block, and my ignition components are brand new

We're working out the details now for this year's meet, but don't worry it will be back in full force .
If anyone has experience in large event planning and is interested in being part of a small but dedicated team that is helping put things together this year please shoot me a PM. I will consider people who don't have experience as well if they truly kick ass and can make things happen.

i have a website url you could buy and use for this that i was going to use last year but my idea to do so was so awesome that it was taken and then really poorly done... not that i had any awesome ideas other than just throwing up a picture of the flyer.
