That looks good! nice bark, deep somke ring. A good rest will always result in a better product.
I was asked to help out a BBQ team for a KCBS compettion april 10th but I couldn't make it due to having some friends in town. I'm kinda bummed out.

Thanks Grimm! This was my first attempt at pulled pork and it came out fantastic for a first time. My guests really enjoyed it. Looking forward to doing a few more this year for BBQs. It sucked waking up every few hours to mop the damn thing in 30 degree weather. But I managed to get a steady 250F burn for 10 hours in that kind of cold before I had to throw more hear in it.

The rest allowed a massive puddle of juice to form. It pulled extremely easy.

Man that sucks. Competitions always look like they are good times.

I don't mop mine, if anything I'll throw it in some foil with some apple juice once it hits around 150* (or is a nice mahogany color) and then remove it from the foil and put it in an disposable aluminum pan when it's around 180* Kind of like the 3-2-1 method for ribs. Pulled pork doesn't really require all too much work.

Need to buy a new smoker. It accidentally may have been thrown into the side of my house.
