seriously though...dumb comments annoy me. I had a mitsubishi eclipse that went 135mph and it was the base model 2002 RS. Which was only like 130HP. Any car can get that high, its how long it takes to get there is what counts. Duh.

I'm sure it was a coincidence that the drivers were 21 and 20 (with turbo'd cars they can't afford to insure, let alone purchase and mod)... 30 year olds do this all the time too, just never get caught.

Seriously, we need to start doing a better job of screening younger drivers to find out which ones are douchebags.... just like we need to start screening Senior Citizens who get confused between the gas and brake pedal. Both demographics are menaces to society on the road. Have no idea why we think "Freedom" means being able to endanger the lives of countless innocent victims because you think its fun.

Hopefully those cars weren't actually the kids brothers car. If I drove my brothers car and crashed it like that I would imagine he would be pretty mad.
