It's essentially the equivalent to what package 2 is/was before (dual climate, 6cd, leather, heated seats, etc). www.vw.com should have the details i'd imagine.

It is very similar to pkg2, but they got rid of dual climate (climatronic) and added the premium sound.
I just picked up an '07 pkg2 but had a few '08 Autobahns in my radar.
