I just picked one up and go figure! No instructions or exercise manual.

Anyone got spares lying around? Just need to know where some of this **** goes and some basics. Don't feel like watching the vids for an hour to find the exercises I want to do. Would be much better if they were categorized on a DVD or something so you could skip to that muscle group.

Yea, we have one, but I'd have to fish it out. Don't think we still have the manual but I'll take a look tomorrow.

used one for rehab when i tore my rotator cuff. actually enjoyed it. not to mention its endorced by chuck norris and cristy binkley. whatever chuck says, goes.

I been using it for a few days on just some basic exercises that I know are correct, and god damn does it feel great.
