Well... LS1Tech is hosting a Tony Lukes Cheese steak run Saturday night going into Sunday night. It's at 12am, but there is a meet up at the i95 rest stop. All cars are welcome, the more the merrier!

Thats right guys were doing this again. For those who have joined us on previous Tony Lukes runs you know they have been a blast with a great turn out. For those of you who haven't joined us before you are in for a treat. This is an organized run to meet up with fellow LsX owners from all over the North East area. The last couple runs we've had cars from New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland you name it. Turn outs for past runs have been great even with some of the weather conflicts we had with the heat,rain, Hurricane Sandy, and the cold. Invite your friends, family, other car enthusiast we do not discriminate however this tends to be an LS centered event .So here we go again.

When: Saturday April 20th, 12:00 AM Rain date will be the following saturday
Where: Meet at Tony Luke's in Philadelphia, PA
Meeting spots will be the same times and locations of the last Runs:
Meeting Spots:
Deptford Mall NJ ( side nearest to the outback steakhouse) 11pm
Newark Delaware I-95 reststop 11pm
CherryHill Mall NJ 11pm
Thomas Edison rest stop for northern guys 10:30-10:45

RSVP as a definite or maybe, along with the meeting spot you will be using so we have an idea of how many people are going.

If you happen to miss any of the meet ups the goal is to be at tony lukes at or around 12am we will be there.
This is Saturday night into sunday morning.

Yea, I should be going up to the meet. So are we scrapping the WC cruise up idea and just joining up with another meetup? I'm fine with going to delco first. You meeting up with Dante and that group Rob?

Yeah I'd prefer not to meet up with the cluster **** that the KOP one will be.

Yeah. I tried that caravan the last year they had this meet at Sonic. Too much a cluster****. They went the wrong way on the turnpike (not sure why I followed). I mean, once people hit the turnpike anyways, it's not going to be a caravan anymore, cause idiots will want to speed and do all that other stupid **** most the kids do. The whole point of a "caravan" is to roll up together. The creators of Oregon Trail would be very angry with us and our "caravans" these days haha

I'll be rolling up with the Delco group running from Springfield. Hopefully we can all stay together this year. Last year we lost some people.

They said they are expecting about 200 people in the caravan. How do they seriously expect to run smoothly and how many accidents are we looking at. Over/under on odds?

I think the Delco group would be small enough group and smart one too.

I'm doing anytihng else that day instead of the meet. It was a giant cluster **** last year with not enough eye candy. Def not worth the headache of going. Just an FYI... if you arrive at the same time as one of those retarded carivans expect an hour to get in. I spent more time getting in and leaving the meet VS when I was actually there.

I believe that Jay. I'm just going since it'll be a good time hanging out with friends and giving to a good cause.

I would love to go to the meet, but I heard the same issues last year trying to get in. Don't want to sit for an hour idling waiting to get in.

A few of us are going to be running at the Morgantown autox that day instead of the meet. Wish it was still at the Sonic.

honestly the sonic meet took almost as long to get in. I'm going cause its a good day out, a nice cruise up there, and it's a good cause.

I doubt that we'll run into them, we didn't last year. Though once you get to the turnpike exit, it's a huge cluster****. I'm wondering if there's another route to take that would help us bypass all that mess lol. Someone should research that

i got into the sonic meet before anyone and had front row parking in the lude. if they would have it at sonic again i would go but im not driving all that way for not that much entertainment

Im still going as well as a few others from the sc area. I dont care about the wait time to get in, what is an hour out of your life? You spend that waiting at a midnight game release anyway. Its a great cause, so im still going. Any other ideas on a meet spot for us?
