debatable. as long as you have the proper tint which is it 35% on the front and whatever all around your fine.

headlights are not looked down upon as much(depending once again on the cops) but the problem with rear taillight tint is that if you are rear ended, the person can actually sue you because your brake lights would be considered obstructed...

i got pulled over in new britain township in bucks county... my tint is 15%... that was the ONLY time i had ever been popped for it...

around here... i never get any trouble for it... they have bigger problems than tint.

well if you really want to do them, dont do the back lights, i had a black mustang in front of me once and i almost ran into his ass because they were tinted black. if you do the front tint them a color not black, just not a good idea besides the fact of you loosing alot of light.

and lastly with the windows, either they are extremely lenient or there is something between the lines, my friend has limo tint all around except pass/dri windows which is 35%. he did something cant remember what, and the cop told him what he did wrong and said btw that tint looks really good. and similar for me, cop pulled me over for something else, and gave me afterwards a bogus story about 2 door cars not being allowed to have front tinted windows. i think theres something someones not telling us

the law in pennsylvannia actually states that NO TINT on sedans or coupes (any window) should be darker than 70%..yes 70%..but most cops realize thats a stupid law and they feel that if they can see you, then its ok..some cops use 35% as a rule of thumb, but you will never see that # in any code...thats why its considered discretionary law in the state..because you cant fail inspection for tint(unless its on the windshield to low) and a cop doesnt have to cite you for it unless he feels that its an obstruction of veiw
