Car registered in CT, but I work and live in PA...

Can I get my windows tinted and not get my balls busted by police around here? I still rock the CT plates.

One of the things I wanted to do is get my tints done but I heard PA sucks balls for tinting rules.

And I want to do all windows, not just a partial front, but a medium smoke all the way around, including the front. Was wondering if it's that bad of an idea (defrosters, etc?) to get the front window tinted. I hate seeing tint on cars where the entire car is smoked out but you can see the guys hand on the seering wheel as he drives. Dumb, imo.

you want to tint your windshield?? Chances are you'll get ticketed for that here. I've seen cars with it done, but it's not legal.

I know people that have their whole car at 5% (minus windshield) and never had a problem. Tinting the windshield is just asking for trouble IMO.

tint laws are a state by state law. each state has its own criteria for ITS registered vehicles. You cannot get a ticket in another state for your car(only CT can ticket you) but the cops can harass you by stopping you every time they see you.
