I'm not in Malvern too often in this car. I think the one you're seeing is a guy from West Chester who has the Nismo V2 front end and gloss black Volk GT-S wheels w/ polished lips. Also a very nice Z, super aggressive looking with that V2 nose piece.

can i ask the width/size/offset of your wheels? And also what size tires? IM currently on 19x10.5 et12 front et-3 rear with 235/35/19 and 245/35/19 and want to get some bigger tires on the car. Absolutely layed out was good for a while but i need some more drivability in my life and your car really mixes that with looks well. Love the car

New wheels and tires mounted: Volk LE37t 19x9.5 +22 front (with 5mm spacer for +17 net offset) with 245/35/19, 19x10.5 +22 rear (with 10mm spacer for +12 net offset) with 275/35/19 Hankook Ventus evo v12's. Muteki neon-chrome lugnuts for fun. Also removed / plugged the rear wiper to clean up the car's profile.

I've seen it done a few times and honestly it never looks right to me. Especially on a black car, from a distance it makes it look like the wheels are 2" smaller diameter (with correspondingly taller tires). Quote:

Hey I don't blame you. I have gone through lots of different wheels on cars. Sometimes they're just do for a change. The new ones flow well and are a good change from the dark wheels. I'm pretty jealous of your DD too! I'll be getting an sti as a daily once the Z in paid off. For now its the civic, which isn't too bad considering the MPGs haha.

I've heard that the 2011-2012 STi's have a fuel eco mode built-in which can get something like 30+ mpg on the highway (while my stg 2 sti is getting maybe 24mpg at 75-80mph), but I don't really know whether that's true, and late model STi's are still a prohibitive amount of coin to get into. When you do go to buy your STi, make sure you get compression and leakdown tests done. Lots of cracked piston ringlands out there. If/when the time comes feel free to shoot me some questions, I may be able to steer you clear of potential problem$. |

Looks great Steve! Keep it up man! Hope everything is well!
I recently put two piece 18" bbs on the wagon and will be putting a bigger turbo in Friday! Still plan to manual swap and lsd this summer as well! |

Replaced my 10mm rear spacers today with 15mm. With the current alignment setup and tires this is about as far out as I can go without rubbing. Fenders are rolled tight and pulled slightly. dat ass |
