The seat is FIA approved for all kinds of racing.

Fastenings for side attachments have been applied to the tubular frame, allowing better positioning on the shell. A hole has been made in the bottom for the passage of the fifth and sixth point of the seatbelt. The completely renewed style has been enhanced with visible quilting, contrasting with the basic fabric. Also available in RED or BLUE.

I'm just looking for something more.... Sleek? I dunno. Being my teg is street driven, I'd like a bucket seat that can still be comfortable to an extent.

As picky as it sounds, I'm just not a fan of the bare look I see with these. If that makes any sense.

I have taken a liking to Status seats but that is the only other brand I can think of off the top of my head that I've been seeing besides recaro

I see what you are getting at. Unfortunately once you start to get a nicer more comfy seat the price usually goes up as well. In this price range they all tend to be pretty basic.
That said I have been sitting in one of these Sprint5s every day for about 4 years now and I am a bigger guy than you and I still find them comfy.

Sat in one a week ago....very nice seat! I'm tempted to pick up a set for my miata in the near future.

Just an FYI....I'm a 36 waist and I just barely fit in these so keep that in mind when ordering.
