Your best bet is to replace the entire seat skin (cover). Contact any interior shop (I used drivers Choice in Bensalem) and ask for pricing on the katskins leather kit alone (UN-installed). I THINK you can just get the fronts. I did the seats in my Impreza and It was actually fairly easy (cloth to leather) and it's just as good as oem. Just be sure to get hog clip pliers ($15)
front and rears with door panel material cost me $600 (door panels take some skill). That was a mixture of leather and vinyl (center of the seats are leather). What kind of car?
