Is this anyone's car? If so you live on the same street is me, just a block down. It's on Walker Street in NE Philly (not to relieving, walker street is hundreds of blocks long)

Fartcan I think, teardrops, lowered on springs, had a rusty hatch with a factory spoiler but you have recently swapped to a clean hatch.
