Thanks i'll update more pictures now.

Was about 80% finished and some guy wanted to purchase the OEM wheels so I said **** it. Currently stripped back down, again, Subframe removed and shipped off the ed quay for my custom track/race tail being made up.

Installed the new other ASV clutch lever, along with new clutch cable (way to much slack.

I have 2 our of 5 boxes of parts. New double bubble windscreen a buddy and I picked up brand new for 30$ (Usually $115) Sidi race boots, teknic back protector.

Waiting on my rear shock, axle, links, and sliders to do the swing arm swap.

And lastly blasting parts for powder coating.

Decided to go a little more in depth with the tear down, was almost ready, wheels ordered in delivery this week. Finally chose a color scheme for the bike right now.

SO this is the tear down farther, removing all the covers, triple, cleaning up the handle bars and getting rid of the headlight harness, and a few buttons on the handle bars. Pulled the rearsets. I think in total close to 40 pieces going to be powdered.

Will also be installing a kill switch and push start button on the bike.

Big thanks to Powder'd Remedies (Ryan and Travis) for teaming up with me to get everything powdered. This will be one of their first large projects!

Be sure to check them out.

And here is a little taste of the color.

Been a while since I updated my thread.

So everything is now powder'ed and ready to be put back together. Been collecting lots and lots of parts and thanks to a good friend and forum member on zx6r.com I got a **** ton of rare goodies for free or at a killer price.

Just got in

05 RR exhaust and intake cams
05-06 RR Throttle bodies
05-06 RR Top feed injectors
CR8 IX spark plugs
Kill switch
New axles and spacers
Full Titanium bolt kit (Engine, calipers, rotors, fairings, ectect)
Carrazzeria Wheels
Galfer Rear Rotor
Titanium Sprocket
Titanium Wheel bolts

The CZ wheels are light weight (6.1 lbs in the front 6.6 in the rear) My buddy sold them to me for $800 (cost new without bearings, spacers ect 1,900-2,300)

So besides final starting to put her back together my work needed some content on plasti dip. So I offered my wheels and they look pretty damn good for certain. 3 coats white, 3-4 coats blaze orange, 1 heavy coat of gold metalizer
