NY has new emission regulations?
Anyways long story short she has a 2005 Honda Civic and she does have a California Emission but lives in NY, but I still have to get a "CARB Compliant" converter? its like 3x as much!! Is there any way around this? http://dropshipparts.tumblr.com/post...ytic-converter found more on the NY DEC site: http://www.dec.ny.gov/chemical/90781.html
