Mods: Phunnel head, DIY hose

I also have a ported vortex head, but the phunnel out performs it

Brass fitting? Sounds like it will ruin the taste and such of the smoke.... I usually like plastic hoses. As for the Ice chamber and ice in the base, I dont see a difference in anything.

Mint and any berry mixed tobacco ftw

Does not ruin the taste at all for me. The plastic ends are nicer though I agree. I will take them out and use bamboo sooner or later

I notice a difference with the ice. I was acutally smoking mint! I love it!

ice makes it crisper for me. but everyone is different obviously.

i havent smoked hookah in forever. i should get on that

Over time I found out the tricks that make the smoke thick and which products work well. I can share with you if you like. I am thinking of making a DIY how to make a good hookah soon too

I love Ice in my pieces... Smoother hits and you can really fill it up! I have a bunch of misc glass pipes and hookahs/parts for sale....PM if interested. Sorry to thread jack.
