Black WRX with exhaust and a distinct license plate

Today around 4-4:30pm me and my cousin (metal hedd) were coming back from ATC on the bypass. When we got off at the thorndale exit, we spotted a black WRX with a "jdm" style exhaust and a loud ass BOV on the exit ramp. He had a very distinct license plate but I dont know that I should post it. I know this is pretty much like ever other WRX but figured I'd still post it. His license plate had something to do with the amount of boost he was pushin, can I say that??
