What do you love about your car?
Anyway, I started the thread, so I'll start, obviously: The Talon: -Cool color. I like the blue that it is, and even though I see a lot of eclipses and talons, very rarely do I see one in my shade of blue. -When it's running well, it's actually surprisingly quick against other cars of its ilk. -Pretty decent amount of storage space -Since I co-own an internet based business doing vinyl, I have the ability to put (pretty much) whatever I want on it, and I've got a couple decals that amuse me (like band-aids over scratches) -Easy to drive -Nice gearing on the manual (though I wish 5th gear was wider or it had a 6th) -It's not an Eclipse. I see way more Eclipses than Talons, and while they're generally the same car, I prefer to have the more offbeat one. -I've always liked the body styling of the 95-98 DSMs to earlier/later models. The Karmann Ghia: -Very very green (which is my favorite color) -Gets mad attention, I'm constantly having people talking to me about it at stop lights/gas stations/etc. Even Amish kids dig it and wave at me when I pass their horse&buggies etc. -Little kids think it's the best thing ever, it's like a giant Matchbox/cartoon car. -Lots of my blood, sweat, and tears in this car. -Turn off the CD player and listen to the symphony that comes out of the engine of this thing. -Rear-mounted engine. Makes the car stick to the road really well and drive well in snow. -Air cooled engine. Never needs any water. -Super easy to work on (as long as the bolts aren't rusted on) -Engine swaps are easy and only take, say, an hour and a half assuming you have all the parts and a running engine to stick into the car. -Pretty decent stereo system (it's not an expensive system, actually I got most of the audio equipment from friends for free). I can hear it over the engine, and that's good enough for me! -It won me 2nd place in the Karmann Ghia category of a VW show a couple years ago -Police in my home town recognized me because of it (I drove it to school every day my Senior year of high school) and the once or twice that I was pulled over/confronted by police in my home town (even if i was driving something else) they'd mention the car and be cool with me. -Fun to drive, it's always an experience, and never a dull moment. more stuff too but I can't think of it at this exact moment.

What I'm thinking for now:
- I think my Supra is so much fun to drive I wish I didn't ever have to stop....but you gotta eat, sex, sleep, work. - So far (owned for over 8 yrs, from bone stock to single turbo setup) it's been extremely reliable. - It has sort of a timeless classic look to it which I like a lot. - It has more than adequate power, handling, stopping, general performance. - Sounds good.

-Love the fact that no one can just go to a dealer and buy what I have
-Glad that when I got to an event or meet theres not 20 of my car -I like the seating position (more upright then say a sports car where your sunk into the car) -handles great in all weather

For me it'd be
-The POWER -The overall styling of the car -The exhaust note -How solid and short the MGW short throw is -The tan interior (how clean and cool it looks) -The stock SVT rims (I'll add more as I think of them I know there is more)

My interior, for it being 15 years old, it's pretty much mint.

All the little features it has for being 13 years old. The great shape the interior is in and just the way it looks. Also, the way it drives. It feels firmly planted to the ground.

Handles snow absolutly amazingly 10 years, 110,000 miles later, the car still runs like a champ, and all I do is basic maintence Comfortable room, even fully loaded Has the premium audio package from Subaru (since has been upgraded though)

- t-tops
- the go kart handling - the obnoxious exhaust - the body lines. I could stare at my car all day... I'm always admiring it. - the fact that it turns heads and there aren't TOO many other MR2s around my area. - easy to work on and has taught me a lot. - gained a lot of close friends because of it - the feeling that I get when the windows are down, the music is up, and I'm layed back in my seat cruising back roads with the tops out on a cool night. Nothing relaxes me more. I wanted the car for almost 8 years. It's my baby and I finally have her. I can't make a list long enough.
