I may be down..it sounds cool, but remember, even after 20 tastings it could get a little interesting. There are still pores in the mouth, even when spitting.

I know, I am going to come up with some ground rules and such since the point is to visit the wineries not to get trashed hahaha

Yea. Maybe do a tasting limit at each winery or even a winery limit? I know the usual limit is ~5, but I'd say maybe 3 for each stop? That way you can get more in. And having a glass of water after each step would be decent as well.

Let me know, I am best friends with a complete wine snob who would love to go along and even help in choosing places.

You know if we were really baller we'd take this up to the Glen and tour the Finger Lakes. Did that with my gf last summer..it was amazing.
