Incentive Gift Ideas for work

Hello everyone.

My employer gives incentives to their employees each year, once per year, if they do a certain safety related activity.
In the past years, we have given out hoodies, shirts, umbrella's, mugs, and LED flashlights with our company logo's on them.

We can no longer offer clothing because one of our employees is nearly 7 feet tall and wears size 14.5 shoes. We cannot find any shirts or hoodies that fit him and he has been complaining about this issue every year.

We need to come up with low cost gift ideas that all employees can enjoy (male and female).

Most of this audience is between 40 and 70 years old with the average age being 60.

Any ideas? It needs to cost less than $4500 for a quantity of 125.

Amazon gift cards sound like a great idea, or even AmEx gift cards.

I should have mentioned, Visa gift cars are already given in a monthly drawing related to this same event. The incentive gift is to get them started with it. But thanks for the ideas.

Yes, except bald. I thought I heard on the radio that he passed away earlier this month. I didn't confirm it on the internet so don't quote me.

Well you could make 5 groups of 25 employees and raffle off $800 to each group... 1 in 25 odds are good enough to get people really excited and it would save $500 in your overall budget. I'd be more excited at possibly winning $800 than getting a guaranteed gift worth $36.

Just a thought...

It doesn't cost anythong because you were paying them anyway. Us they will likely work harder the day before and after to even the work load of having off. Its win win
