NY only allows you to tint the rear window all the others can be 70%.
Will you be pulled over for your tinted windows? I can't possably know the answer to that. If you can be seen inside your car by the officer more times then not you will not be pulled over for just a tint violation. BUT don't count on it.

IO could not find the cost posted online for a tint violation summons if anyone from NY can help with that it would be great..... its not a moving violation and I don't believe its reportable for insurance.

Someone told me the same regarding insurance, which is good. Ive heard its about $150 for a tint ticket, any ticket is money i dont want to pay though. Thanks for the help Sarge.
