Some pics from yesterday. The car made 457whp on pump @25psi through the stock intercooler. I figured this was definitely a HUGE restriction.

Garrett 24*12*4 core

Mocked up using stock location intercooler pipes

Final assembly

Fits behind the stock crash bar!

No bumper mods needed

HOLY **** i had no idea the car made that much on the stock intercooler. absolutely incredible.

also the welding is top notch on the new peice.

I don't have any pics of the stocker next to the new core but here's some pics for comparison. The Garrett box is nearly the identical size of my new core. I'll let the pics do the talking...

that is one big ass intercooler. it fills the gap in the bumper nicely to. good work

Damn, my 2G has alot more room for a FMIC, you guys really utilized that space with that 4 inch thick core, looks awesome filling that grill.
