My STi... 60k miles and running strong

So i've had my 04 STi for almost 3 years and have 60k miles on it now. It has been modded since 6k miles and it has been running strong as hell. I've had minor warranty work done on it including new brake pads, a fuel gauge sensor, etc...

I'm posting because I wanted to see how everyone else is doing with their STIs, let non-sti owners know how reliable the car is, and to just announce my love for the car.

Gotta love a car that doesn't need much maintanance, has 4 doors, a good sized trunk, and drivable in any condition... not to mention the power you get out of the car even in stock form.

I think i'll always have an STI as a daily driver... some day I hope to have cool toys like a 911 and S2000.

Fellow STI owners, please reply with how your car is doing...

i bought my car with 7009 miles on it in july of 06... ive since put over 13,000 miles on it... currently has about 20,5xx or so.... i moddded it at about 8k or 9k miles... only issues ive had are the sticky struts.... ive never had a better car in my life.... its an all weather champ and its comfortable... i took it to myrtle beach and back... i wasnt sore at all from the drive... as of late ive been very unsure about driving the thing everyday because i put soo many miles on it... and use so much gas... (i got 28mpg on the way to myrtle)... .but so far its been nothing but good to me.

Yes, I have heard that the STi is very reliable, more reliable than the Evolution

Its not an STi but my 05 WRX just turned 40k this week. Its been stage two since around 15k miles. Only warranty work I had done was a fog light bulb and they greased up the clutch cable to get rid of a squeek. I'm very happy so far.
