Need welder

i need help from somone with a welder, that knows how to weld.

i was out cruising last night and i hear a HUGE thud. i get out and look around and one of the ball joint things off my rear sway bar is lying on the ground.

im really bad at describing things so i apologize before time

what it looks like is, the ball joint snapped right off the little rod that goes to the other ball joint, and it tore the metal off of the ... im not sure what its called on cars, but swing arm? Like, it just tore the mount right off the the ****ing suspension.

i will put up pictures later when i get home i guess.

what i need to know is...

can this part of the mount be welded back onto the arm..

and do i have to order a whole new sway bar, or can i just order the two ball joint thing, or can it possibly be welded all the way back together...

again, ill post pictures of it later tonight when i get out of work. I just want to know whos got a welder, and who has some idea of what im talking about. Thanks ahead of time.
