Boosted Bright Orange Del Sol, Bloomsburg (College Hill)

Today I saw a boosted Orange Honda Del Sol on Collge Hill around Bloomsburg University, Looks like the ticket nazi's got to it haha...

Car looked poorly painted Bright Orange had black rims with a FMIC, just wondering if anyone on here..Wondering whats done to it...
