The last goal that I had set 10 years ago, I finally completed - getting a cover shot on a magazine (Fangs, a Viper publication). A few days ago, the editor emailed me the rough format of the next publication so that I could check it out. I probably would've finished this goal a few years ago if I kept working with Modified Mag, but I'm still glad that I went off as a freelancer.

Some of the other goals, with the completion date: 1) published on an online e-zine (1999), 2) published in a print magazine / feature article (2004), 3) photo used in an advertisement in print (2004), 4) published in a book (2007)

I never really thought about the whole goal thing until now. I've always had things I'd like to have done and some I've luckily accomplished, but I never set myself real goals.

I think I might have to go back to the career plan and write something down. It's too easy to get sidetracked in the field of media.

I don't have permission to post it until it's released, so I'll scan it once I get the hard copy in the mail. They might use a few photos in the VCA (Viper Club of America) calendar; just gotta work out pricing details.

I'm not sure. I'll probably cut back on my photography stuff since I'm losing interest. I'm getting older and have different priorities now, like going back to the homeland (Vietnam) to find me a wife that can cook and clean for me lol

It's tough finding a nice old-school partner that can cook. Most girls nowadays are "independent" with a job and career. They never took the time to learn how to cook since they were too busy with school and work. My family keeps telling me to go back to Vietnam and choose from the field lol It's a win-win situation. They become an American citizen, I have dinner on the table when I get home from work
