and my new daughter that was born last Friday

still debating on how far I want to tear into the car this winter. If I go big, these are the last pics you'll see of the car for awhile.

been awhile since I've updated this... attempted to sell about a year ago with zero interest (no surprise there) so I figure well i've come this far, might as well keep going.

i've made some changes since my last post so I'll let the pics do the talking...

255/40/17 hankook rs-3

billet specialties shift cable clamp

rksport import fighter bumper and VIS invader hood

60 lbs injectors

6" shifter extension

better pic of the front bumper with the bumper beam modified to get the heat exchanger up in the opening.

adapter plate to usual manual wilwood brake adapter (eliminating ABS and the vacuum booster)

ls1 tb and adapter

next to the stock tb for comparison

also just picked up a phenolic spacer to go between the block and the intake mani. Still have lots more to pickup for the car and actually have to get it all put back together.

I must say, I dont know anyone who has put this much effort into a cavalier. However, it looks like you are doing a quality job with it. Congrats, nice looking car.

Next round of parts...

billet steering rack bushings

95-99 one piece projectors (plan to take them apart and black the housings)

Amber housings for the if bumper

Ga alum control arms

Not pictured are the prothane bushings/ball joints for the arms and the plug and play headlight harness for the older style lights.

Also have a phenolic spacer for the block/intake mani coming but that hasn't made it to the house yet.

From what I've heard from other guys that have run the spacer it brought iat's down pretty significantly. I'm considering wrapping the intake mani in the heat reflective foil as well but haven't decided for sure if I will or not.

If your running the LSJ ic pump, we discovered an upgrade to that, that should net some improvements in IAT2's. It's the bosch 0 392 022 010 from the SL55 AMG supercharged engines, its a direct replacement to the LSJ ic pump, just uses a different connector and larger inlet and outlet hoses. If your interested in the part #'s let me know, I ordered the stuff from a mercades dealer online and got the pump on amazon for 100 bucks.

Just a small update... Pulled the rear bumper off to swap for a different rear bumper.

Also may have sold my exhaust setup.
