What is the PA emmisions exemption law?
Needless to say, there was a reason I removed the stock ECU (because the car runs like crap on it). What are my options with the emmissions expemption law?

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------- "there is a question in ask the law about emissions exemption, and i am a certified inspection and emissions technician for pa. the only way to get an exemption in pa is if the car is brand new or has been driven less than 5k miles in 12 months. just thought id help." ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- maybe you should look into buying a second gauge cluster, just for kicks, ya know? bryan
