Hours: 10:00AM – 5PM

Mishimoto Automotive, the leader in performance cooling technology, is seeking a qualified Administrative Assistant to work in our Wilmington, Delaware office. Applicants should be extremely organized with an exceptional ability to multi-task. Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus.

Scope of work:

*Answer phones and direct calls.
*Scan and e-mail documents.
*Order office supplies.
*Sign for and distribute UPS/USPS/FedEx packages.
*Facilitate customer returns or warranty claims.
*Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
*Meet and greet clients and visitors.

Candidates should have at least one year experience within the field and familiarity with the following:

*Microsoft Windows
*Microsoft Office
