lowering springs

i am looking into getting a set of tein lowering springs for my 04 gti. is it just a standard install, or is there something complicated like the rest of the damn car?? thanks

I think the rears are pretty straight forward. The front i dont know. I haven't worried about lowering springs since mine came stock.

pretty straight forward. YOu need a special socket to fit a hex wrench for the front struts.

The passenger side is tricky that the control arm doesn't drop all the way down.

my springs were cake......my buddy eric did them in about 45 minutes....back ones were real easy, front two took a little more time
