Well i figured its about time i made on of these. Will start from the beginning. I first got the 2004 STI in may of 2009 after i blew up my old car and needed a new one.

Here are some pics of the day that i brought it home.

Then a couple months later my friend gave me a Helix uncatted downpipe and the mods began. I installed the downpipe then went to precision for my tune. Little did i know the car have a ton of issues with it and some mods that i didnt know about. So after spending alot of money we got it up and running strong with a little over 300whp.

so heres the mod list for it as of now.

Engine/Drivetrain

HKS carbon ti cbe
Grimmspeed ported headers/crosspipe
Ultimate racing EWG uppipe 38mm
TGV deletes
GMS turbo inlet
k&n drop in filter
modded injectors
one step colder plugs

Suspension/Wheels

ISC street coilovers
17x9 +30 grids
225/45/17 Falken Azenis
Gunmetal BBS for winter

Exterior/Interior

all black wrx interior swap
replica v-limited lip
Yakima roof rack

Heres the car beofre i changed my suspension and got new wheels.

Lastly i just made the switch to the Grids and coilovers about a month ago so heres some pics of the new setup.

figured id updat this. At the moment the car is down for some service.I have 93k on it now so doing the timing belt should finish that up tonight and then gonna change all my fluids later in the week. Also I picked up a legit Bride Vios III for dirt cheap from a friend so now i have that. Ill post some pics later.

i was thinking of buying white when i orginally got the wheels but i had a situation with the wheels i ordered and got these ones from someone who ordered the wrong size and could return them. also white is a pain to keep clean.

Looks really nice man, someday I'll get the boxer engine and awd. I'd like to grab a used one as my daily once I put some FI on my genesis coupe

Thanks. Timingbelt is done now gotta get all the fluids to change the rear diff n trans.

Took it to the track for the first time last night. Best pass was a 13.501. I know i can do better but for first time running ever figured it was alright.

Figured update this. Not much has changed but over the winter will be getting some new parts. I recently got a new front bumper and side splitters from my friend at soa since previous owner had a front mount and my bumper is all cut up.

Also just picked up a ultimate racing ewg uppipe from my friend who wrecked his car for a very good price.

Will post pictures later.
