wat eaxactly is it. i no they have teo sspots that time u and if u make it between the teo locations fast enough then ur sppeding. when i wa drving home i saw two cords wityhin 5 feet of eachother. is that it or wat? and also y can only state cops use radar (not complaining just wanted to know) thanx

Vascar is a small computer that the cop manually activates between two set points. it times how long it takes your car to pass between the the two set points and calculates your speed.. the two stripes you ran over are not vascar points.. i think they are used to measure traffic on a why..I dont know the reasons why we dont use rador in philly.. probably cant afford it...
