You don't want an '83 rear, it's got 4 bolt flanges and is pretty weak.
Look on the Starquest forums and eBay for an 88 or 89 rear and axles. The axles are 6 bolt and quite a bit tougher.

interested to see the srt4 motor in there. i always thought the buschur racing car with the 4g63 was cool. there is a red one on cl right now for 1k, sooo tempting lol.

Big news for the build ( no I didn't sign up for grammar classes) I just found and ordered the jeep 2.4 bellhousing wich is the hardest part to find for this build ( got robbed though paid 130)

So I came back from Vermont and a wonderfull suprise awaited me I finally have the conection between front to rear wheel drive the jeep liberty 2.4 bell housing suddenly I feel alot better about this build

Shoulda got the other version of the trans this is a little to long but I wouldn't mind the shifter back further then stock but this is a little much |
