Spotted a black CTS-V that was totally blacked out. Driving from 202 north to 100 north into Exton.

I think I saw the same car.. had a DARE plate I believe. I tried to run him but traffic wasn't cooperating.

CTS-V's is that the one with like 500+ HP?

If its the new cts-v its 556hp and if it's an older year like 04-06 then it's 400hp
