Inspection/Emissions in PA

I'm interested in getting Long Tube Headers WITH cats for my Dodge Challenger. I've had a few people and two shops say as long as there are no check engine lights and cats are visible that it will pass; however, in order for high flow cats to work with long tubes the rear O2 sensors will have to be disabled. Therefore, the computer during the annual inspection/emissions will not see the catalyst system as "system ready."

So my question is... will I pass? And if not, can anyone help me out. wink wink

Thanks
