I would go litterally a hair to the right on the rear sight. Just a hair though and you'll probably be there

Call me crazy but even when I moved the sight right the shots still landed left. It's a peep sight, so should I movelov front one more left instead? Here's a sight picture for example. I'm gonna try shooting it with the stock fully extended next time so the front sight just barely fits into the hole of the rear, that should be more precise yes?

AK47's are meant to be shot from the hip alex... its not a sniper rifle ;)

but seriously, i have read about AK's coming with the front sight canted which would throw off the shot... arsenal is notorious for it.

I want it to be able to hit bullseye at 50 yards, my expectations aren't unrealistic. Canted sights usually come on the WASR, not Arsenal, since Arsenal ones are the top grade really.

Speaking of WASRs, I paid 550 for mine oh maybe in July. Went to the same store and they are now $730, and the shelf is almost empty. I guess it's not price gouging if people are more than willing to buy at that price though. There were literally like 3 left on the rack, they usually stock 15-20

Apparently legal gun owners are more important to expose. Surprised this wasn't the Huffington Post.

FNAR at 50 yards 7.62x51mm. The shots around the outside are same distance with a Mosin Nagant shooting surplus 7.62x54r

i think their gonna try and move the so called "assault weapons" to fall under the national firearm act (NFA guns and devices or as some people call it "class III")... which would still suck, but its better than forced buy back or straight out confiscation (which would prob lead to a revolutionary war), i don't think anything good can possibly come from that, not to mention all the criminals will stay armed and illegal guns will still be on the streets and all the law biding citizens will be defenselessness sitting ducks or fish in a barrel. then there will become a black market for guns, and there will be underground manufactures and sellers just like drugs and other illegal things, or similar to the alcohol prohibition.

anyways as far as NFA stuff, its regulated so well and controlled very tight, it has such a low percentage of people who own them and an even lower crime rate with them (which is pretty much non existent), so its not something that's really on their radar right now, plus they make a lot of money on the tax stamps.

Yeah, and when the deer population skyrockets and people start hitting them with cars or someone gets attacked by a bear, everyone will wonder where we went wrong. This crap is pissing me off. This is no different than the doctor only treating the symptoms and not finding the cause.

Speaking of supply and demand: there is a new Mazda 20B thick side iron going for $3,600 on eBay and Mazdaspeed wants them for $5,500 new. And that is for only 1 of 4 irons needed for a 3 rotor engine. To think, when they first came out, you could get the same iron for $300.
