Cool Post your 4x4!

I know most people on TST are for the streets and not the trails but I know a bunch of you wheel or mess in the mud.

Time to show off your 4x4s!

I'll start by posting mine.

This is my old 88 Samurai with 14" of lift on 35's

That was too much to handle on the roads so I now have an 87 with 6 inches of lift on 31's.

Yea I know you all hate the H2's...blah blah blah. I needed a car that could haul 5-6 people and tow 8,000lbs. Despite what all the non owners say I took this thing off road in centeral PA. More capable than any other large SUV I've taken out. And it was comfortable....like sitting in a Lazy boy.

Jeep had an onboard air compressor for tools and to inflate tires back up.

yeah jeeps are cool, id love to have one as a toy for offroad, but could never DD it like he does...even though hes only got to drive it like 4k miles in the last 3 years bein in korea and iraq...we just got it out of storage for him since he came home from Iraq yesterday and the key rusted in the ignition and broke off...what a pain in the ass.

it makes alot of noise and looks rowdy, good enough for me.

yeah its easily the worst ride ever....makes you wanna throw up. and for some reason old dudes love to try to race jeeps cause they think theyre fast...

what i did like about it- bishes loved it. people stared at me funny, somethin about no doors attracts peoples eye. pretty decent at jumping snow mounds. and the jeep wave...which i still find myself doing sometimes in my spec lol.

other than that, no thanks for a DD.
