What are the PA Amber light laws?
im under the impression that you can have them and only use them when you are doing a job or involved in some road side emergency? is this correct? Do you have to be an authorized vehicle it have amber lights? If so could you define authorized? |

yes you have to be an authorized vehicle to have them unless its a tow truck or a snow removal vehicle. The State Police or the Commonwealth of PA has to designate the vehicle as authorized to have the lights. Its a sliding fine of $100-$500 if you commit the violation
