4 Points??!!??

I was driving and i was going just under 10mph over the speed limit, and i got stopped by a cop. I was being very polite with him....yet he comes up with a ticket for 150$ and puts 4 points on my license. And he says that i was going 16 over the speed limit. Does this seem right??? I'm a tad bit upset.

you can do two things pay the ticket or go to court... If you go to court I would advise you ask the prosecutor if you can plead guilty to 5 over its less of a fine and less points.
