I agree, I don't want to have to keep a house that size clean. I'd be happy with around 1800sq/ft and a few acres of land

Why do you think the house is on an island? In all seriousness though, the house across the street looks like mob central.

You dont worry about keeping the house clean that is what you pay other people to do. Although I would never have a butler, there is a butler's pantry. It is an investment/vacation home anyway.

Nice way to spend the inheritance...lol. All jokes aside, that house is just plain sick. I'm not sure now if I would want a small ass house and a F430 or that **** with a 20k car. Decisions decisions..

Dude, I never woulda pictured you making it big like that. Sitting across from you in spanish class my freshman year when you were a junior or senior, I never would have imagined it. You made it dude, congrats! That's one sick as house.

Obviously your daughter is older, but how is that possible? I don't remember you having a kid and it would have had to be a while ago, atleast while you were in highschool, right? Now you're married? I'm lost. LOL

I thought you were going to marry that Jana chick. lol

serioulsy nice crib you got there.

how about telling all of regular workin folk what you do for a livin? Not like we're asking for your salary and SSN# or anything like that, you post pics of a crib like that and you know people are going to be asking quesitons about what you did to earn it.

the secret to success, and getting a house like this, is not in what you do... but in how well you do it, and often times how much you do it.

A car is the worst investment in the world. Plain and simple. You can pretty much never lose money with any house you have. The market may go up and down a little, but anything over 500K at this point will never go down.

Legally she is my step-daughter, but in everyday life I don't think anyone would know the difference. She even took my last name.

I just get tired of saying it over and over. It is in my profile for you people that must know. Also, it really doesn't matter. You cannot step into a profession and make the same as everyone else. There are mechanics that probably make **** for money and there are some mechanics out there for Ferrari that make 6-7 figures a year. Life is 20% brains and 80% Luck/who you know.

Bro, not to burst your bubble, but that isn't your house. First off, if it is, then why is your Evo still registered in PA? Insurance and what not in SC is waaayyy cheaper. Also, if it really is your crib (97 Mooring Buoy in Palmetto Dunes), I guess I can just make the rental check out to you?

I'm not trying to be a prick, but my family routinely vacationed down there when I was growing up. Definitely an awesome place to spend a week, but I'm seriously doubting that it's your crib. Why lie?

I agree 100% with that. Luck/who I knew plus a little experience and brains put me from lower middleclass making $13/hr to making nearly 3 times that much in the course of a day...
