What it is, I lurk on here but havnt every really posted. I figured wtf ill throw up my progress see what yall think.

If you live around West Chester youve probably seen/heard my car and have a general idea of what its deal is. For those not local heres some background...

Bought my Z last June, its a 03 50th Anniversary Edition

Did some simple **** to it while I was building my motor for it

Broke a valvespring on the stock motor one night and toasted the LS6

Pulled entire car apart and built a 449ci LS2/LS7 for it

Motor put down 612rwhp and 558rwtq all motor on pump.

Enjoyed it for a couple months and decided to pull it apart again and start over...

So here we go

New motor is an LSX Bowtie Block

and im strapping this in front of it

Got a whole new fuel system

Going to run an 8 rib pulley setup aswell

FMIC

Etc etc etc..

The goal is over 900rwhp on pump gas, it will still have A/C and all the creature comforts and I plan to still drive it everyday.

thats pretty sick... i thikn i'd be happy with 600 hp but i guess no matter how much power you have you always want more. still though, i think it woulda kept me entertained for more than 6 months, haha.

Unreal dude...the engine alone is probably more than 30 grand installed. Btw, i cant remember but was that you that did the burnout one time near manley road or was that the other guy with the black Z06? From the marks it looks like drag radials were installed at the time.

Honest to God I wouldn't know what to do with something like that. I have so much trouble keeping a 300-400hp car on the race track. I'd be afraid to get my foot anywhere near the pedal unless I was going completely straight.

damn dude thats sick. i live in west chester and i saw a z06 like yours with blackout taillights a couple weeks ago. not sure if it was you but it sounded cam'd up and exhaust was deep as hell. either way your car is tits. i love it.

Yup its me.

Theres a base model C5 running around that has Z06 wheels and exhaust and theres 2 other black Zs that I know of one with chrome wheels and one is a stock one some older guy drives. So thats your choices for which one it was haha.

Omar, I havnt talked to Ray in months I gotta give him a call and head back up there that night was awesome.
