sick... terje is and has always been the man... i've got videos of him from 10 years ago, and one of my favorite boards ever was a terje pro model.

yeah the footage of that stuff is a whole other world from what we know... the absolute steepest trails we find on public mountains are about 30 degrees i believe, and that is what most consider to be very difficult. they said this one was 60, which is out of this world... i have so much respect for back country riders, love watching it. wish i was still out in colorado so i could get a little powder action too

yea our public mountains are weaksauce for the most part. in canada they are a bit steeper and i was there twice with a year in between. so i still have a lot of riding to do after starting two years ago with roundtop then to canada and then waiting a year to go back to canada with no riding in between. i wish i couldve found someone to go to big boulder with tonight for the midnight madness thing. oh well i think im goin to blue mtn next weekend. hopefully someday i'll ride a 60 degree mountain

ha... no seriously, you will never ride a mountain with that kind of slope, nor would you want to. i have ridden mountains all over the US and Canada and done a little bit of backcountry in CO when i lived out there, and nothing is anywhere close to this... this stuff is for the pros and the crazies, and thats it. that footage does kind of show how steep it is from a couple of the angles in the beginning, but even so, it doesnt look nearly as steep as it is until you're standing at the top looking down.
for those who dont know, terje haakonsen is the rider here and has been one of the biggest names in the snowboarding world for a long time.

I'd be more scared just standing at the top there. Being scared of heights FTL!
That must have gotten his adrenaline pumping. To take a slope that steep at those speeds is the definition of difficult.
