The what do you for a living thread..

I don't know if this was posted already. So I was just wanted to see what everybody does for a living to afford the schweet rides that everybody has?

Let me start of.

I'm currently a military plumber, but at the moment I work for a shop that takes care of wells, liftstations, the pool and all water and sewer lines including fire hydrants and fire suppresion systems. I've been in this career field for 7 years now.

I'm a full time bookkeeper for Shoprite in Hamilton, NJ. As far as jobs within the company go, it's not too shabby. . . .but I could think of a hundred things I'd rather do. . . unfortunately they all require "training" and "certification"

I just want a job that'll give me weekends off (no chance in hell at shoprite) and maybe thursday nights off for RR meets. . . and that pays enough money to mod my car.

Not that I know of. Of course, I'm not really involved in any of that. I do mostly machine design for the plant and all.
I do know some people who co-op'd for jobs there and they said it was nuts testing some stuff

I don't do anything for a "leaving" lol. I used to be an Office Manager for a doctors office... but I've decided that I need to get away from desk jobs... so I dont know what I'm going to do now. I applied to work 2 nights a week as a shot girl at a club/bar here in Ortley Beach and I think I'm going to take bartending classes and go from there.

Bartending classes are a waste of time and money. Better off just applying at places and hope they'll hire you.
