Sunday night at Bed Bath & Beyond, newtown (read)

Ok, so i feel like most people are fed up with sonic as am i....Im not trying to take over anyones progress in the sonic meet or say any bad things as i am good friends with alex and respect him. But i believe the meet has gotten away from cars, which is why i think we should try something new in a new area.

Bed Bath and Beyond is about 10 minutes from the newtown-yardley exit off 95, and about 15 minutes from street road.

Its in an large shopping center, but in the way back....no cars drive by at all, its tough to see from the road so i think we'd be able to control it.
Theres an applebees, chick fila and wendys all near by.
I know some people are gonna say its inconvienent but no, i drive a long way with many others about 25 minutes to get to sonic, so i think people can make the effort too.

I want to try it out on sunday, just to see what the turn out will be like.

I will take all responsibilty for any reason that cops may come out....but eh it seems like every tst member seems perfectly behaved with what they write on the forums.

Figure we meet at around 8:30.

Its literally off the newtown yardley bypass (332) which is the road that the 95 off ramp goes to, its real easy.

1.) did you ask bed bath and beyond for there permission
2.) did you talk to the cops in newtown bc im a resident and i know they are not happy about loitering

id be all down for this bc its 2 min from my house, but do you honestly think that newtown police will allow this? ill be the first one to note that they have absolutely nothing to do in newtown so a bucnh of kids meeting up with there cars in a pparking lot would be a great oppurtunity for them to harass us

i know the detective very well, and i have no problem talking to him about it and i know he wont care....im keeping it small and it will stay small, ive been there before with my buddies and the cops came up once. Asked what we were doing....and talked to us for a while about his 87 mustang. theres nothing going on in newtown, exactly, were sitting in a parking lot. and its not all kids ill probably be the youngest there.
as for bed bath and beyond? im gonna keep it closer to the opposite side of chick fila, place is huge they will not care

Obviously the first meet will be slow. But it will be good. Come out and lets see what happens

well u should talk to the dective asap,bc newtown poilic have nothing to do other then harass a group of kids in a parking lot. the thing with sonic is, it was fun, it had a huge turnout and that was a great part, so many people from many different areas. if you wanna take the initiative and start the meet, do it right get permission go to the police station and talk to them, explain what you would like to do, bc as word spreads more and more people will be showing up and it wont be a "small" meet anymore
like i said id love to see this happen but for the 21 years i have lived in newtown ive been bothered by police way more then nessacary

Sweet we are all gettin tint tickets and me especially they will check my papers and run my tgs since im brown man driving a nice honda in the burbs lol

I've seen enough cars this is more for us to talk and hang out...i wanna keep it small enough to the point where the cops wont even care, this wont be like sonic. the location is different and i have no problem telling dick heads to leave, trust me. Ill talk to the detective tomorrow, but trust me, his answer to me is gonna be a long the lines of "id rather have you at a car meet then what your usually doing......" so dont worry we'll be ok. Most of us dont want the "big turnout" anymore jsut a place to relax and what not

And yea santosh ill agree with ya there, but we'll be ok, just dont carry any of that brown you got.
