The event approaches with 40 preregistered cars thus far, are you 41?

To any and all beginners I just want to remind you that this is the only time an autocross will be this cheap for you, typically you'll be looking at paying $50 - $60 per event until you become an SCCA member so take advantage of the fact that this series is only $35 per event for everyone. Also, South Jersey SCCA is about the only place where you'll get 6+ runs in although much more often than not we actually get you 8 runs!

Online registration closes at 5:00 PM tomorrow, but you can register on site if you like.

It's never too slippery! Cold and wet, but the course was great and we got 7 run in...give or take a few for some people...overall a great day.

My girlfriend got some half decent footage on my camcorder considering how the weather wasn't cooperating at all. I'm hoping to edit the video later this evening or tomorrow sometime.

Also I found out why my driver's front tire popped off the bead yesterday during my second run. Come to find out I had a nail in the tread of that tire and I must have ripped it out during the first run. The tire slowly lost pressure sitting for the second run and when I hit that bump on the back stretch it was too much for it and POP!!! Thankfully the tire and the rim are okay. The rim just a bit of curb rash, but the rims are trash anyways so who cares.

why watch, why not participate if your already taking the ride? i know a bunch of philly people that go to NJMP including myself a couple times per month just for fun lol. thats an hour and a half drive

Not this time, the weather was terrible and between being my gf's first time filming, freezing rain blowing in, and trying to hold an umbrella, I think she did pretty good. Hopefully the weather will cooperate more next time and she will be able to film more.

just found out about this, just got my car actually lol. Pre-registered for Feb! Hope it doesn't rain. I can't afford new tires and I will be sliding a bit lol ;)
