I'm a nascar fan as well and I would of liked to of seen Edwards win but I say Tony did a great job. He's an amazing driver. I got done reading his autobiography a few weeks ago. The guy has been through some tough times in life. I'm bummed to see Rusty leaving but am happy that Mark is staying now because I'm a fan of him. I've been to Daytona a few times for the Gatorade 125's and the Truck, IROC and Busch and it is so awesome down there watching them race. I saw the last race that Earnhardt finished in before he died, which was in the IROC race. I want to go to Daytona again, so beautiful the track is.

yes - i really didn't pay much attention to nascar before i went to daytona- we took my dad for his 60th to the daytona 500.. it was SO awesome! no matter if you like nascar or not, the first time you hear those cars go by at speed, it is soooo amazing- it is a sound and a feeling you will never forget!

Going to ANY Nascar venue is an exhilerating time: massive beer & tailgating essentially. If you have garage & pit passes and/or (HOT pit passes) it's even better since you will be right behind the scenes with each/your favorite team. It's highly recommended if you've never been.
