Anyone know how to fix a remote starter? Please help!!!

well heres the deal last christmas my fiance had someone install a remote starter on my car while i was at work. needless to say it doesnt work correctly and this kid now dissapeared. it will start my car no problem but when its running it will still engage the starter and keep trying to start. if anyone in the allentown area knows about these let me know cuz i dont have a clue when it comes to them. i can offer beer/food for your help thanks

When the starter engages while the car is funning is it because you are turning the key too far? There is on and there is start.

it will engage the starter while its sitting there before i even get into the car so there is no key in.
