my best friend got in an accident and had to go to the hospital for blood work to see if they would consider it a DUI or not.. long story short the cop told him he would get the blood results in the mail.. well he got the results and all the paper said was

BLOOD TESTING RESULTS

ALCOHOL/LEGAL

now does that mean he was under the .08 legal limit..or not.. i figure if he was over the legal limit, it would say..alcohol/illegal.. any thoughts on this??

If he did not get a summons then more then likely there is no charge.
