Noble M900!?

Saw it on 78 heading west bound at the Summit Lawn exit while heading up the bar last night. It was chasing an Audi S4. Anyone seen it before?

Noble and "kit car" is a little far stretch. They are about half way between a normal car and a "kit car". They are just imported like a "kit car" without an engine to get past all of the regulations. They have to go through a construction title process, but you only have to install the engine. You don't have to install everything like you do with a "kit car".
